This is a $25 minimum cash out. They are a pay to sign up site with a ton of freebies. They have tons of offers however I made over $35 in just 2 days only doing no credit card offers. If you are looking for a great place to start making money on the Internet I would suggest starting here.

Mermaids Sand Dollars

The minimum payout for this site is $10. You can earn money by pay to click as well as completing offers. They have a really nice feature on the site where you can click for various charities too which is sweet.
